How do I reset/restart my Magnetic GPS Tracker?
Restarting your tracker is simple — you just need to access the power switch inside the device. Here's how:
Step 1 — Open the tracker
- Place the tracker on a flat surface.
- Carefully remove the rear cover.
- Remove the white silicone seal that protects the On/Off switch and SIM slot.
- Set both covers aside — you'll need to put them back on afterwards.
Step 2 — Restart the device
- Locate the small On/Off switch inside the open compartment.
- Slide the switch to the OFF position and wait about a minute.
- Slide it back to the ON position and wait a few moments for the device to boot up.
- Replace the silicone seal and rear cover securely.
Step 3 — Check the indicator lights
Once powered on, here's what to look for:

|---|---|
| Red light blinking | Device is connecting to the network |
| Red light fast blinking | Connected and actively using data |
| Blue lights solid | Shows current battery level |
Step 4 — Restart the app
Close the app fully on your phone and reopen it to make sure it refreshes the connection.
